At Allison James Estates and Homes, we embrace technology and 21st Century business practices like 100 percent commission payouts for our agents. However, we also love gems from the old days. For example, one of the many reference books in or library is a copy of Aesop’s Fables, a collection of stories written around 620 B.C. that reveal wisdom, diligence, and foresight. One of our favorite Aesop stories is called the Grasshopper and the Ant that describes how a hungry grasshopper begs for food from an ant when winter comes, but is refused. The story illuminates the value of hard work and planning. It also reminds us of one of our awesome agents, Steven Steiner from New Hampshire.
Steven represents the North Conway and Lakes Region in the beautiful state of New Hampshire. While he only recently joined Allison James, he has already made a big impact in the New Hampshire real estate market, and is well on his way to reach his goal of signing one new listing a day!
One of the reasons Steven has been so successful is that he is a firm believer in hard work and careful planning.
“I think my hard work ethic and ability to really understand my clients’ needs are key to success. This includes answering phone calls and being diligent about getting back to clients. said Steven.
In addition, as a former electrical contractor, Steven has the ability to see his clients’ needs in a very detailed and creative way, like an electrical schematic drawing.
“I do really pride myself on being able to think outside the box. I analyze how people are and how they do things as a way to really understand them better,” said Steven. “I really think it is crucial that people utilize all the skills they possess in whatever job they are doing. It is really crucial to use our natural talents with all the technology that’s out there,” said Steven. “You know as a former electrical contractor, I am a master troubleshooter. I know how to reverse engineer solutions for my clients. This really translates to planning ahead,” said Steven.
Well done, Steven! Your preparation and hard work are paying off for you and your clients.
So Why Did You Decide To Join Allison James Estates and Homes?
When I started my real estate career, I came in not knowing anything, so I spent a lot of time carefully observing and learning. I watched how people did things. But after a short time I realized that I was doing all the work and giving half of my commissions to my broker, who wasn’t doing anything! Allison James gave me a platform to run my own thing with predictable revenue.
