It may sound odd, but at Allison James Estates and Homes, we think our roster of amazing real estate brokers and agents are some of the best “meteorologists” in the world. Why? Well, our real estate pros know their local market conditions and economic climates better than most television personalities know how to forecast weather.

John Lauer, for example, is not only one of our most productive real estate agents in the Sacramento area, he takes great pride knowing just about every street in Elk Grove, a town with more than 160,000 people. This type of intimate understanding of an area is important for any real estate agent, and comes naturally for John, a lifelong resident of Elk Gove. In fact, John is a graduate of Elk Grove High School (like his father), and his son currently attends classes on the same campus. John likes to say he has been a member, employer and investor in Elk Grove for four decades.

Not only can John give you a ground level view of the local real estate climate, he can also provide an accurate 30,000-foot perspective of the extended real estate forecast as well.  His detailed knowledge of his local community really helps separate John from his competitors, but more importantly it helps his clients find the right home, in the right neighborhood, for the right price.

While John has been a licensed real estate agent for just under three years, he has already made a significant impact on Elk Grove real estate market. In that short period of time, he has built a productive five-person team that diligently works leads and provides the best service anywhere in Elk Grove. Another aspect of John’s natural real estate talent is that he is very realistic regarding his business projections. He hopes to close 30 deals in the next 12 months.

Way to keep in local, John!

So Why Did You Decide To Join Allison James Estates and Homes?

Well, I came from an established real estate brokerage firm, and I have nothing bad to say about them. But I was paying for a lot of things like training that really didn’t suit my particular needs. Then along came Allison James Estates and Homes, and I realized that with their business model, I could have the freedom to own my own business and run it the way I want to run it. In fact, I thought so highly of the Allison James’ model that I referred a friend of mine to the company down in Southern California. Now she has already referred two new agents. I think that says something.

What Do You Love Most About Allison James Estates and Homes?

I really like the independence, first and foremost. But they are always there to help out whenever I have a question or need information. The other thing I actually really appreciate is that Allison James is also very strict on deal information and guidelines. They do a really great job of dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.
