Meet Lisa and Goran Forss

However, inside the real estate world of Allison James Estates and Homes, we also have an amazing team in Lisa and Goran Forss, principals of the real estate firm Team Forss and the most successful real estate group representing the Temecula area of Southern California.  

Together Lisa and Goran have demonstrated the synchronicity and instincts of a well-tuned real estate machine as they flawlessly represent every type of client imaginable including international executives seeking a pied-à-terre, first-time homebuyers looking for a small starter home, and even gentleman farmers looking for a little piece of land on which to grow their crops. Today, Lisa and Goran exemplify the spirit of independence and dedication to hard work found in all Allison James Estates and Homes brokers and agents. However, the two have found something unique and even a little magical that makes them very special to us.

A nice team indeed! Last year the two worked tirelessly along with their team of 25 real estate professionals to close more than 365 deals representing a little more than $140 million. This year the team is on pace to close almost twice that number of deals and gross nearly $250 million in sales. In addition, Lisa and Goran were ranked by REAL Trends/Wall Street Journal as one of the top real estate firms in the nation, and were endorsed by Barbara Corcoran, founder of The Corcoran Group and investor on ABC’s “Shark Tank”.

“We love what we’re doing and we’re helping our team become very successful as well. I like to think of what we are doing as building a Super Bowl team that excels in every aspect of real estate. We have a special team for sellers, a team for buyers, and a team for handling incoming calls. We have built our business up very nicely,” said Goran.

Initially it was because of the money. We fell in love with the Allison James Estates and Homes 100 percent commission model. You see, we originally worked for the number one brokerage firm in the nation, and were paying the company $165,000 a year plus franchise fees. Then one day, someone mentioned Allison James Estates and Homes. I had never heard of them before. But it didn’t take long before we came to love the company. We love their business model, we love their technology savvy, and we even love their logo. When we left our old brokerage team, they laughed at us, saying, “You want to leave us for some company nobody has ever heard of?” Look who is laughing now?

For me, I really love Allison James Innovation and great support.
